But this isn't about that..........

I'm not sure if it was the snow or the group of three dudes bailing out of the mountains blabbing about their fingers and toes that lead me to question our motives. Sure they were idiots that left two hours too early and got nailed with weather, while I watched the weather like a hawk and found our window.

But we were here and this ride is just too god dammed good to pass up!
Plus all I see is smiles.....

Top of the world ma!

Nothing says "What a Day!" like a stiff cocktail to ease the pain and a perfectly cooked steak topped with grilled onions. It tastes that much better after 25 miles and over 5,000' of brutal climbing.

All served creek side with the sound of water rushing alongside of you. And the smell of fall in the air.
